What is Happiness?

Happiness is starting off the day by walking through massive piles of leaves on the way to class.

Happiness is finally turning in those two papers that have been haunting you for the past two weeks.

Happiness is taking the long way home--except for the shortcuts that involve walking directly through leaves up to your knees.

Happiness is smiling for the simple reason that you can.

Happiness is letting the beauty of the little things engulf you.

Happiness is walking into the HFAC and seeing Christmas decorations everywhere.

Happiness is telling Pizza Hut that your name is Lord Voldemort.

Happiness is watching the Hannah Montana movie and singing along with every song.

Happiness is deciding to have a night to yourself after going to bed at 7:00 on a Friday night, then waking up at 9:30 for no reason at all.

Happiness is a clean apartment.

Happiness is sitting down and reading a really, really good book.

Happiness is a weekend snowfall and remembering the smell of it.

Happiness is a great number of things, but mostly, happiness is life.
